1st Example of Spreading False and Misleading Medical Information on my father. My father was referred by his primary care physician for a Neuropsychological Evaluation Report by Dr. Huffman in January 2020 for an initial consult with a specialist to determine if he was suffering from POSSIBLE memory loss or dementia. (This is the first and only consult my father's primary care physician (pcp) ever attempted in order to diagnose my father with possible memory loss. Dr. Perry the pcp retired in 2023. Dr. Perry was also my father's wife pcp causing a possible "conflict of interest".)As of January 2020 my father had not been diagnosed with Dementia. This is exactly 3 years, 3 months, 25 days before his bike accident on May 9, 2023. My father has never seen a Neurologist and obtained the functional or structural brain imaging needed to confirm any type of Dementia or Memory loss if any. Not even a $300-$400 CT Scan for abnormal brain atrophy was attempted by my father's primary care physician or my father's wife despite my attempt in March 2022 with the University of Michigan. Yet on on May 14th, 2023 during my father's hospitalization his wife specifically attested to and input into my father's medical record the following false medical information.... Clearly and undeniably untrue. "Mary Ellen shared that Bob was diagnosed with dementia approximately ten years ago..."
Clearly documented using OFFICIAL MEDICAL RECORDS was the first of many inputs of false, misleading and inaccurate Medical Information on my father.
